Welcome to Global NSL Live - Global Nexus Supply Limited. (hereafter “the Company”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order or using our website and Facebook Page. These terms apply to all product purchases, purchasing agent services, and related activities.
1. Service Description
- The Company mainly provides products through live-stream sales, with selected items also available for purchase on the official website.
- We also provide purchasing agent services (“代购”)—our staff will source products from physical stores or official channels based on customer orders, similar to a “group-buying” model, to secure better prices or limited items.
- Orders are primarily accepted from Hong Kong and Macau. Depending on circumstances, we may process international orders (e.g. Taiwan, Singapore, UK). All cross-border shipping follows logistics regulations and restrictions.
2. Product Images & Information 📸
- All product images are for reference only. Due to lighting, display, or batch variations, actual product colors or appearances may differ. The actual product shall prevail.
- Some items are parallel imports. We guarantee 100% authenticity, but packaging or details may vary by batch. No returns or refunds will be accepted for such reasons.
- Prices, promotions, and terms on this website may differ from those at brand stores. Each is subject to its own conditions.
3. Orders & Payment 💳
- All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders without payment will not be reserved.
- Once payment is made, the order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled or changed.
- As we act as a purchasing agent, product availability depends on brand/store inventory and policies. We cannot guarantee stock. In case of out-of-stock items, we will notify customers as soon as possible—you may choose delayed shipment or a refund.
- Prices shown during live streams or on the website are final. The Company reserves final interpretation rights.

4. Ordering & Delivery Process 📦
- Estimated delivery times:
- Local pre-order items: approx. 1–3 weeks
- Overseas pre-order items: approx. 4–6 weeks
(Delays may occur due to brand, region, or logistics factors.)
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together when all items are ready.
- Customers who wish to receive in-stock items first may:
- Place a separate order, or
- Pay additional shipping costs (e.g. SF Express COD).
- Shipments are arranged according to payment order. Customers cannot accumulate multiple live-stream purchases for combined shipping.
- Products can be held for up to 1 month only. After that, uncollected items may be disposed of without refund.
5. Shipping Methods & Responsibility 🚛

- In-house logistics
- Delivery is available to residential, commercial, SF stores, and SF lockers. Details follow each logistics provider’s policy.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees, payable in advance.
- Local delivery normally takes 1–2 working days after dispatch; remote areas may vary.
- Overseas orders are shipped via SF/EMS. Shipping fees follow actual charges. No returns/refunds (except in cases of severe damage).
- Customers must provide correct name, phone, and address. Any loss or extra charges caused by incorrect information will be borne by the customer.
6. Returns & Exchanges 🔄
- Application deadline: Customers in Hong Kong must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt (including weekends/holidays) with photos/videos. Late requests will not be accepted.
- Accepted reasons:
- Wrong item received
- Serious damage or defects
- Out-of-stock items (refund or wait option)
- Not accepted:
- Color differences, variations in packaging, minor imperfections (such as small black dots, loose threads, or glue marks), or issues commonly occurring during manufacturing are not eligible for return or exchange. Perfectionists, please consider carefully before purchasing.
- Opened/used items (tags, seals broken)
- Personal reasons: wrong style/color/size, change of mind
- Sale/clearance/free gift items
- Personal/consumable items (e.g. food, masks, underwear, cosmetics)
- Returns must include complete packaging, accessories, manuals, and gifts. Otherwise, they will not be accepted.
- Each order is limited to one exchange. Refunds are only available for out-of-stock items.
7. Refunds 💰
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days:
- Priority: credited as shopping balance to customer account
- Or refunded to the original credit card account (no cash refund)
- Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
8. Risk & Liability ⚠️
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, logistics, suppliers, or other force majeure events.
- Once goods are delivered to the designated address, the order is considered completed.
- Customers must ensure shipping details are accurate. The Company is not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect information.
- No after-sales warranty is provided. Any manufacturer warranty will be handled directly by the supplier.
9. Intellectual Property 📑
- All content on this website and Facebook Page, including text, images, videos, designs, trademarks, and logos, belongs to the Company or authorized parties.
- No one may use, copy, or reproduce content without written permission.
10. Privacy & Data Use
- Customers agree that personal data may be collected, used, stored, and processed according to our Privacy Policy.
- Personal data is used solely for order processing, logistics, and customer service.
- Customers may request to access, modify, or delete personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Updates to Terms 📝
- The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the website and Facebook Page.
- Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution ⚖️
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Any disputes arising from these terms or purchases shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
